undertaking any arlein.net service you will need to
agree with the following terms and conditions. Throughout you
will be referred to as 'the client/customer' or 'you/your',
arlein.net will be referred to as the latter, 'us',
'we' and 'our'. |

| hosting
policy |
ACCEPTABLE
USE OF SERVICE
| 1. |
arlein.net
hosting services must not be used to serve
and illegal or offensive material, which includes;
- pornographic content
- racist, sexist or homophobic views and opinions
The customer is responsible for all the material
stored, arlein.net will not be held legally
responsible. |

arlein.net
hosting services must not be used to transmitt
DoS attacks, viruses or trojan horses. |
| 3. |
arlein.net
hosting services must not be used in any way
to transmitt Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE)
or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UCB). UCE or UCB should
no be sent via 3rd party mail servers advertising
a site hosted by the customer at arlein.net. |
| 4. |
Customers must
no abuse arlein.net system resources meaning
programs which consume excessive storage space and
/or CPU time must not be run. |
| 5. |
arlein.net
hosting services must not be used to serve
content that is likely to exceed the agreed bandwidth. |

SERVICE
LEVEL AGREEMENT
| 1. |
Arlein.net
is commited to customer satisfaction, therefor
all technical support queries will be answered
within 2 days maximum, but the majority of cases
a reply will be received by the customer within
12 hours. |
| 2. |
arlein.net
perform backups of customer data, but we cannot
be held responsible for creating backups. It is
the responsibility of the customer to ensure that
backups are made of the data. In the event of data
loss we are commited to making the customer aware
of this and the most recent version of the data
is restored. |
| 3. |
Maximum uptime
at arlein.net cannot be guarranteed, but
we are commited to providing customers with a reliable
and fast service. arlein.net will not be
held liable for any loss to customer data if a catastrophic
circumstance occurs. |
| 4. |
The customer is
responsible for all passwords to access arlein.net
services. arlein.net will not be held
responseible should a customer's account be compromised
due to password disclosure. |
| 5. |
arlein.net
may ammend these terms and conditions, the
rates charged and the services at any time after
1 month of notice to the customer |

PAYMENT
POLICY
| 1. |
Payment
for the service is required within 30 days of
invoicing. |
| 2. |
arlein.net
may suspend or terminate the customer's service
if payment is not received. |
|
|
| |
| web
design policy |
| 1. |
arlein.net
will not be held responsible for any loss
of business due to the creation, productions or
delivering of the web site. |
| 2. |
arlein.net
will not be held responsible for any legal
action being undertaken against the web site's content. |
| 3. |
It is the responsiblity
of the customer to supply the textual material for
the web site creation. |
| 4. |
A 25% deposit is
required from the customer before work can begin
on the web site creation, with the rest of the balance
due within a month of the web site delivery to the
customer. |
| 5. |
arlein.net
will deliver the web site to the customer
via a CD_ROM or email (if the site is small enough
in size) or a direct FTP transfer to the hosting
server can be arranged. An estimate date of delivery
is confirmed with the customer before work commences. |
| 6. |
If the customer
is not satisfied with the web site created, depending
on the circumstance, arlein.net may refund
the deposite as they see fit. |
